Can I send a scan of the front and back of my Government issues wallet sized Amateur Radio ID card for AG?

Colin,
I think if it is signed and has your correct address and license class, it should work. Try it and see.

The wallet card has no address - I think I will upload a photo of my Station certificate - thank you for all your help.
