I've totally forgotten that I was involved with eQSL until I got a message this morning via email. I wanted to know how I could use confirmed contacts from eQSL toward the DXCC award. I did a search on this site and it did not return any information about it.

Philip, If you are talking about the ARRL DXCC, ARRL does not accept eQSL confirmations. However, eQSL has it's own eDX100 award which is very nice. What you may be able to do is upload your eQSL ADIF file to LOTW via the TQSL program. Any confirmations you get in LOTW can be used for DXCC. 73

Hi
I'm a bit confused here and maybe you can help. I tried uploading my ADIF log from N3FJP logging program and got error in uploading log file and many of the entries said this: DATE/TIME outside profile - Login to different account I have no idea what the problem is!

Were you uploading to LOTW or eQSL? If to LOTW, check your tQSL certificate to make sure the start and end date fall within the dates of the QSOs you are up loading.

If it is complaining about dates, do you have the correct Callsign/QTH effective dates set in your profile? If you are trying to upload entries that have QSO dates outside the effective date range set in your profile you will get those errors.

Good advice.. I changed the dates in my profile and entered the starting date when I receive my K2JF call. It was March 2010. So I exported my adif file just using the qso's from that date. it was something like 385 records. I then uploaded them to eQSL and got the message that only 3 of those 385 were added. here is a sampling of what the results were
YYYYMMDD=20100402 HHMM=1937 Call=KL7J Band=20M Mode=SSB DUPE YYYYMMDD=20100927 HHMM=0039 Call=KR4WI Band=40M Mode=CW DUPE YYYYMMDD=20101005 HHMM=0952 Call=K4SPO Band=40M Mode=CW DUPE YYYYMMDD=20101008 HHMM=0018 Call=K8VBL Band=40M Mode=CW DUPE YYYYMMDD=20101008 HHMM=0034 Call=W6PU Band=40M Mode=CW DUPE YYYYMMDD=20101008 HHMM=1114 Call=WA5TYJ Band=40M Mode=CW DUPE YYYYMMDD=20101010 HHMM=0958 Call=W4LVU Band=40M Mode=CW DUPE YYYYMMDD=20101011 HHMM=0958 Call=KI4EZC Band=40M Mode=CW DUPE

Looking through this perhaps what this all means is that I already uploaded all those records to eQSL and that's why I'm getting so many dupes. But that brings me to this question: how do I upload the records from when I had my previous call sign?

Yes, if they are DUPES it means you have already uploaded those QSOs, you will see them in your outbox.
For the previous callsign, you need to create an account for that previous call if you haven't already done so, and upload the QSOs to that account.

Philip, Try looking at the ADIF file with a text editor to make sure the date/time values are correct. Are you uploading from ACLog or one of the N3FJP contest logs? If ACLog, try manually uploading only one of the QSOs that give you the error. I'm not sure what the 'Login to different account' issue is. You may need to send your question to the 'Help!' link above. 73
