I have an entry in my outbox that is for a call that shows the "notify" link because they are a non-member, but I know that they ARE a member, because I have received a QSL from them and they matched up with mine.
When I autologged from fldigi, I had the wrong band, so the mode was incorrect. I edited the mode so now it's correct, which matched up with the inbox entry, but I imagine there is something goofy because of the edit. It looks fine now, probably you just needed to refresh that screen after you made the edit.
