to no avail my attempts (in frequency and by e-mail) to reach a consensus on the part of amateur Falkland islands. It's problem. The few radioamateur who live in those islands do not cooperate as ethically required if a person becomes radioamateur.

Good luck Domenico. I was fortunate to get two AG eQSLs from VP8YLG in 2009. I see Victoria has not logged in since 2009. It would be nice if more DX hams joined and used eQSL. All we can do is to promote eQSL to all the hams out there.

the issue is not whether one has or has not had the good fortune to receive the QSL. I think that we do solve the problem. Falkland live in a few people and it is unlikely that it is possible to increase the number of ham. They say they do not have time to respond to the many qsl. We can help them if we know their passwards as I did for two Italian friends of mine who have offered to be helped and I have introduce them in e-qsl. Just so we can respond to the thousands of qsl who are still without an answer.

quite right what he wrote IZ2XAH. I do not think it's fair that some hams who live in difficult areas, with a few hams decide at some point to stop sending e-qsl as it did for example in QRZ.com VP8LP where he writes, "or I do the amateur or the writer "what sense does such a phrase?

You can't force someone to send you an eQSL. If they want to use the system, that's great, if not, find someone else who does, simple as that.

In the case of VP8LP I see in his QRZ page that he now only accepts paper QSLs sent direct, no eQSL, no LOTW, no bureau. Too bad, but that is *his* decision to make.
