I have inadvertently built a qsl card which now show two cards incorporated into one. How do I delete the image and load another card from my hard drive?

Go to 'My eQSL Design' read the instructions for each style. You chose style 2 which will super impose the station info over the graphic you upload. For that style, I would not use a printed QSL card. For that I would use style 3. If you want to use style 2, just upload another graphic and I believe the old one will be over written or you will be given a choice of which one you want to use. I find style 4 gives the most options, although it may be tricky to use at first. Don't forget to save and exit when you are done.
