When I attempt to view an incoming eQSL card sent to an attached account (YA\KB2RLB) I receive an error message that states that I am not authorized to view that eQsl card. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thank you for your time and assistance..

Tim,
Don't know if this is causing your trouble, but I get this when I research your call:

YA \ KB2RLB WARNING: Illegal space found in callsign ->YA \ KB2RLB<-

You have a space between the ya, the slash(\) and kb2rlb.

I suggest you use the 'Help!' link above and maybe include the call of the eQSL you are trying to display.
I see you also have an unattached call of kb2rlb/ya?
