hello,can anyone direct this email to the right person please, I am a bronze member, and I have designed my E-qsl card, and when I choose layout 4 it wants to put my station details through the middle of my card,I hope you can view my Eqsl card to see what I mean, thanks for reading as its giving me a major headache, regards Joe G7kdz

In the QSL designer you should be able to move the text details around. It's a bit clunky, but with a bit of poking and prodding you should be able to get the text where and how you want it.

I have uploade my own QSL card but when it shows on eQSL, it has all the eQSL personal information of my location, name, etc as an overlay on the card. Can I just have my card as it is here without any overlay? Thank you.

FYI, I just upgraded to Bronze today. I see in the in the QSL type, it does not have the box to "select" in type 3 or 4. Maybe it takes a day or so for my membership to upgrade???

Upgrade is instant, BUT, membership level is stored in a cookie, so you need to log out and then back in again to refresh the cookie.
