It's kind of tedious exporting adif files and the importing with eQsl. Isn't there a way to do this automatically?

It depends on your logging program, many logging programs have the ability to automatically upload to eQSL. I use HRD/DM780 here, QSO is uploaded as soon as I add it to the logbook.

I'm a swl and this option works perfectly in hrd/dm780. The only problem is that the comment that i wrote in hrd logbook isn't submitted with my qso to eqsl. is there any solution for this?

Are you talking about the default comment that is supposed to be added when doing the auto-upload? That option used to work but no longer, not sure which HRD version it got broken in, one of the V5 versions I think.
The only way to get a comment in an upload from HRD/DM780 is to do the upload from the logbook; i.e. go to the logbook, right click on the entry and select eQSL upload, you then get the option to add a comment, and that comment is passed along with the QSO details to eQSL. Makes more sense to do it that way anyway for an SWL report I think, because typically you want to say in the comment field who the QSO was with.

That's exactly what I wanted to do. I'm a new SWL and i discovered this problem last weekend.
To do this auto-upload I just started to write my own software which will include my comment. But the way you explained is much easier. So thanks for your reply. This will help me a lot.
