Ive changed address and cant seem to get the system to accept this

I moved on 15th March to my new address

78 Bond Street
Englefield Green
Egham
TW20 0PX

and my new locator is IO91RK

Could someone do the changeover for me? I've given up trying and and have no hair left to pull out lol

I believe the correct method to change locator when you move is:

1. set the end-date on yoru existing callsign for the old locator.
2. Attach a new account with the same callsign and a starting date 1 day after the end date of the old account.
3. on the new account, use the new locator and address.

In this way, all the QSLs will be properly credited for location.
