В моем Log/OutBox часть подтвержденных QSL отображаются, как неподтвержденные, например, SI9AM за 26.10.2012. Вот скриншоты:

That eQSL from SI9AM has been confirmed. The only time you will see the green checkmark or the red 'X' is when an eQSL has not been confirmed, after there is a matching eQSL in the system from you those icons will go away because the QSO is confirmed.

Please reply back if I am not understanding you, I am using a translate tool :)

Thank you, David, but you're not understanding me.
My problem is, some confirmed QSLs are displayed in Log/Outbox as unconfimed and unseen by recipient (white background instead grey one).

The white background instead of the grey background just means that the recipient has not looked at your card yet, it is still sitting in his inbox. In the example you gave I can see the eQSL you sent SI9AM is still in his inbox.

It doesn't mean that the QSO is unconfirmed, it just means he hasn't looked at yours or moved it to his archive.

In his case, and in the case of most users, he uploads his QSOs via ADIF file so the QSOs are confirmed automatically as long as there is a match, he does not need to look at yours for the QSO to be confirmed.
