I use the adif download to upload to other programs and sites and I'd like to not have the SWL QSLs in the adif.

Best thing to use is a text or ADIF editor to remove those listings after you download the file. Which ADIF do you download? InBox (Archive) or OutBox? Your OutBox should not have any SWL QSOs in it unless you did it manually and then you should know which ones they are. Once you do the first file, use a date range to only do the new QSOs.
