i scanned thru the questions and didn't see this one, perhaps i overlooked it... but i've tried to download my card several times and haven't been able to. is this function not available? or is it me? i'm really more curious than anything... it would be nice, but i'm not upset, either way.

Are you saying you are unable to download the graphic of a card you have received? There is no problem with that, only time there might be an issue is if the user has a corrupted graphic file which happens from time to time. If that is the case send us a message using the 'help!' link at the top of the page, tell us the callsign, and we can fix the graphic.

i'm sorry, i need to clarify my question... there is a menu selection for downloading the eqsl card i did up as a regular card.... out of curiosity, i tried it a couple of times and haven't been able to make it work.
at the same time, i've been having problems with IE downloading and installing software/add-ons, etc. i can't be for sure which this comes from... eqsl.cc or my internet explorer... thank you for your reply.... KM4IY Michael D. Brown |

Are you asking about when you go to your outbox, press the 'edit' button on an entry there, and then press the 'display as card' button?
If so, that function works fine. Couple of things, I think that card is displayed in a popup window, so you need to make sure you have popups enabled. Also, I have heard that some users running the latest version of IE (that comes with windows 7 or windows 8) are having some problems with certain areas of the site. Can you try and download the Google chrome browser and see if that fixes your problem? If so, report back here so I can inform the webmaster. 73, Dave - VA3KAB |
