I don't seem to see the QSL thumbnail view in my Archive or Inbox now that I am Silver donation level. Is there a config I need to look at to activate this feature?

Eric,
When you look at your InBox or Archive, bring up the Filters box by clicking on one of the number or ALL links on the right side and the clicking on the 'Display Card Thumbnails' box and hit the 'Generate List' button.
