When someone gets a new call sign and re-requests an eQSL under the new call for a QSO that originally took place with the old call, should the request be rejected?
I get these every now and then and don't know how to reply or even if I should.
Thanks, Frank.

Frank, The station with the new call should set up an attached account for the new call. If it is a replacement call, the start date of the new call should be after the end date of the old call. If he is requesting you to reconfirm a QSO for the new call, I would reject it and tell him the QSO was made under the old call. Any QSOs that he makes under the new call will automatically count for awards with the old call. In other words you should only confirm a QSO with the call that you contacted. Also, he may be 'fishing' for eQSLs. 73
