I have tried to update my eQSL card which was the old Type 1 design. I tried on several occasions to upload a graphic image and revised address text but it all went wrong. Please is there any way I can delete the whole thing and start over, if you look at G3ZRJ eQSL you will see it is a real mess.
I also need to change QTH address twice to reflect change of QTH in late 2011 and now in June 2013. I'm afraid I am not having any luck trying to change the address.
Please excuse what must seem simple errors, I am on strong painkillers and my mental functions are not quite as sharp as I would wish. Luckily I can still send/receive CW OK
thanks 73 Tony G3ZRJ

You can only change parts of address information, grid and zone information cannot be changed. The reason for this is QTH information for eQSLs is taken from the user profile, so if you change it it changes the information on all the eQSLs you have already sent.
What you need to do is to create new, attached accounts for the new QTHs, each account having the date range of when you lived at the particular QTH. Sometimes this can be difficult if you have already sent eQSLs after the date you moved, however I can do it from this end. Use the 'Help!' link at the top of the page to send us a message in the support queue, tell us the dates you were at each QTH and all of the QTH details.
For your card you just need to go back to that design tool and select a different image. I have gone in and selected a generic background for you, you can go in and change it to whatever you like.
