Exactly what are duplicates?

Are duplicates exactly the same in all fields e.g. date, callsign, mode, band etc?

I see eQSL entries that have the same callsign, but different dates and times. Are these considered duplicates?

If I remember correctly, duplicates are 2 or more QSO entries in your OutBox for the same QSO. The times could be up to 30 minutes apart and the dates could be off by one day (due to UTC change of date) and the QSOs would be considered dupes. For instance, you made an entry for a QSO to xx3yyy on 23:45 for August 2, 2013. Then for some reason you also made an entry for a QSO with the same station xx3yyy, for 00:10, for August 3, 2013. Since those 2 QSOs were less than 30 minutes apart and the bands and modes are the same, they would be considered dupes. This may be very generalized, but I think it may explain dupes.
