Go to your outbox, at the bottom of the page you will see a link "Download Log in ADIF format".

Tnx Dave but where do I go from there and how do I get it into Xlog . I just shows up in Downloads and then I get it into Leafpad but when I go to Save it from there it tells me it cannot do that . I remember once a long time ago that I managed to get it to fill in the xlog no trouble but this time I am having no such luck . So I can get it down to the Download in Firefox but cannot get it into Xlog ?

I have no idea what Leafpad is.

What I do is select the download function as described above. It will ask if you want to save as .adi or .txt, I select .adi. It will then generate the list on your screen. Right click within that screen to bring up the "Save As" dialogue. I generally save mine to the desktop, in my case the filename is VA3KAB.adi.

I don't know anything about Xlog, but I assume it has an import ADIF file function? Just select that function and point it to the file you just downloaded.
