I have a message that stated that I have QSO's in my outbox that are outside the date range for that account. I have 3 accounts one with my old call sign at one address, one with my old call sign at my current address and one with my upgraded call sign at my current address.

The contacts are valid for the call sign and date ranges that have been specified.

I just recently started getting this message after I upgraded my AC Contact Log software and did an ADIF upload to eQSL.

Shouldn't eQSL file the contacts in the time frames specified?

In any event, how do I resolve the 89 contacts that are showing up in the wrong account?

Thanks, Scott-AG6IS

Scott, you need to upload your logs to the accounts they belong to. Assuming you have the start date for AG6IS set correct in your profile (01/25/2012), those 89 eQSLs must belong to one of your KI6WPJ accounts.

You should go into the outbox of AG6IS and use the bulk delete feature to delete those 89 eQSLs. To do that bring up the "Filters" dialogue by clicking on any of the links on the right side of the page, doesn't matter which. After you have done that you will see a link at the bottom of the filters dialogue called "Delete a Group of Log Entries". When you press that link it will ask you for a date range of the entries that need to be deleted.

After you have deleted the bad eQSLs from AG6IS, you should then load them into the correct account.

Thanks Dave! I was able to delete 86 contacts and then upload them into the proper account. There were 3 contacts that were already confirmed and will not let me delete. How do I address these?

You can delete those too, but because they are already confirmed it will ask you for your password to ensure that you really want to delete them.

If you have a problem with this let me know and I'll delete them for you.
