Now that I have my Authenticity Guarantee, there is a QSL I'd like to re-send that is in my Archive. I can't figure out how to do that. Can someone tell me how?

Why do you want to resend it? Once you became AG, all your eQSLs in your OutBox will become AG. So, if this other ham displays your eQSL, he will see it is AG. There is no way to resend an eQSL. You can send that ham an email to let them know that you are AG now.
