It seems the problem is when the countries file was created here many years ago, deleted entity (from before 12/31/1992) Czechoslovakia was never added.
It would be just about impossible to fix it at this point I think, all of those accounts that have start dates prior to 12/31/1992 would need to be split into a Czechoslovakia account and a Czech Republic or Slovakia account :( I'll ask the webmaster if it is doable. 73, Dave - VA3KAB |
