I have tried for several days to get the mail link for a postcard with an ag code mailed to me but when I click the mail link I get a server error #500. Any ideas? Thanks, Don

After you get that server error, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page there will be some diagnostic text, could you send us an email over in support (use the "Help!" link at the top of this page) and cut and paste that diagnostic info?

BTW, if you have a scanner or even a digital camera and can get an image of your license, the upload licence method is a much faster way to get "AG", one or two days. Takes four weeks or so via the postcard.

Thanks Dave. I just sent the error info to the help link. Yes I would have just sent a scan of my icense but seems it is *lost*at present time so I decided to go the post card route.

I don't see it in the support queue Don, did you forget to press send? :)

Do you mind if I log into your account and try and order that postcard so I can see for myself what the problem is?

Never mind, just had another user with the same problem and I logged into his account and was able to reproduce.

I know Dave, N5UP, is making some changes to the way user accounts work, looks like he broke this in the process. I have sent him a detailed email including the diagnostic messages, and will post an update here as soon as it is fixed.
