I have created a separate eQSL account for each event our club has been involved in so that I could use a customized card for each. This has left some gaps in the time line that are not covered so I changed the date and time of our home account so that it would cover all QSO's from the beginning of our club clear up to the year 2030. I have been able to use this account to confirm some QSO's that had previously fell between the cracks.

I do have one account set up that I want to delete, but I don't see any way to do this. How do I delete and unwanted account?

There is an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the "My Profile" page.

But! You shouldn't have created an account that covers dates ranges already covered by the other accounts. You can't have accounts with overlapping dates. When eQSLs come into the system they are sorted into the correct account by callsign and QSO date, so if the dates on your accounts overlap the system won't know which account they belong to.

I see some eQSLs uploaded into incorrect accounts too. Fix up the date problems and then reply back, I can then move the eQSLs to where they belong. If you need a hand with this please contact me directly.

I thought that all the QSO's were in one large file and you could pull out one or more of them into an account based on the dates you entered. If I can't create one account that covers all dates, does that mean I have to create several more accounts to cover the dates when the club is not doing a specific event or contest?

I could not find any qso's that were in the wrong account. Could you please give me an example.

I would still like to know how I can delete an account that I created by mistake or one that I don't need.

Thank you.

You can either have one account that covers the entire date range, or multiple accounts each with their own, non-overlapping, date ranges.

I can't tell you specifically which QSOs are in the wrong account without actually logging into your account, but I can see there are 81 loaded into "20140104PSKFest-RTTY" that don't belong, and 25 in the Home account. By "don't belong" I mean that the QSO date is outside the date range you set in the "My Profile" page.

Use the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the "My Profile" page on the account you don't want.

I tried to change the date of the overlapping account and got this message

OutBox contents do not match new Callsign/QTH Start and End Dates

Profile not changed
There are 142 cards in your OutBox that would be outside your new Callsign/QTH Start/End dates!
If those QSOs have the wrong date, please change the date in the OutBox.
If those QSOs were made from a different QTH at a different time, please delete them from this account and add them to the proper account.
If those cards are incorrect, please delete them.
Go BACK and make corrections.

How do I delete QSO's from this account and add them to another account?

Much easier if I do it. Send me an email, or a Private message, and tell me what the dates should be on the accounts. I can make the date changes and move the eQSLs to where they belong.
