Well, sometimes you need to be able to delete an eQSL, if you made a mistake when you logged it. Do you recall the callsign? If so, drop us a note in the support queue by using the "Help!" link at the top of the page and we can look into it more.

Ok, I think I know what is going on. Send me an email and I'll explain it, in this case it is temporary.

Sometime it's very difficult to find deleted eQSL, some year ago, i lost Ghana from my eDX100, after a day of researches on my log, i found country and callsign: I wrote him, no reason, eQSL appears again. It's frustrating!

Recently i lost a country on eDX100 15m, what country? I don't know, very difficult for me: -1 and **** off the country! :(

Every week my ePFX300 goes UP and DOWN like a crazy horse!

I insist, confirmed QSO is a confirmed QSO, in alternative i admit that the deletion is submitted to other OM with a reason, with a working mailbox address for complain.

The most common reason for someone to delete a QSO from his outbox is if he uploaded to an incorrect account. We have many users here that have multiple attached accounts, some in different countries, some in different states, etc. When you are uploading via ADIF, the QSOs go into the account you happen to be logged into. Some users don't know this, or forget, whatever, and end up uploading QSOs to one of their other accounts.

Now, when they go to delete the bad QSO from their outbox, if that QSO is confirmed, we pop up a big warning message to tell them that the QSO is confirmed and force them to enter their password to complete the deletion. So, they need to really want to delete the QSO.

Also, sometimes users will get their county wrong (or state, grid, etc.). For example, when they register they put in their country as Asiatic Russia instead of European Russia. When we detect this, or someone tells us about it, we fix it. So in this example you might have had a credit for Asiatic Russia from that eQSL that would disappear once we made that change.

The other reason that sometimes a credit will disappear from your standings screen is if we caught someone cheating; uploading QSOs for contacts they did not make. When we detect this we flag the account as being invalid for awards and the credit will disappear from your standings screen.

In the case of ePFX300 going up and down, probably what you are seeing is prefixes being fixed in the database. The prefix generator doesn't handle special event calls very well, it just grabs the first three characters. Also, it doesn't handle suffixes at all. These get fixed when they show up in an award application, or if someone tell us about it. This happens quite often.

Ok, I see you sent me a PM. I'll tell you what I think is going on in your case.
