What happens when you try and do the upload, do you get an error message?

I haven' been able to upload for a couple of months. I thought I had a computer problem. Before when it was working, I found everything from my log had been up loaded. It worked fine.

Have you tried to join the N3FJP Yahoo user group? Here is the link: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/N3FJP_Software_UsersThey may have answers for your problem. Are you using ACLog? Which version? As David asked you, do you get an error message when you upload? N1ORK Orest 'Andy' ZajacEdited by N1ORK Orest 'Andy' Zajac on Jan 20, 2014 at 11:09 AM

I have never received an error message. The process looks like an up load is happening but when it is done it always says 0 upload. I am using N3FJP Amateur Contact log v3.4. Perhaps an update would help with the problem.
Thanks

Bob, a quick question for you: are you by chance uploading contacts with QSO dates prior to 08/01/2013?
The reason I ask is because I notice that you have your callsign/QTH effective start date set to that date. You can only send/receive eQSLs that fall within the callsign effective date range.
That date should be the date you were first licensed as WA4SUH, not the date you joined here.
Just a thought ...

Dave, Thanks for your suggestion. I went to my account and up dated it. I used the date I moved into a new QTH as the start date. Also found that my preferred language was Chezk. corrected that. But I still cant up load my N3FJP Amateur contact logs. It's getting frustrating. I joined the N3FJP Soft ware users group on Yahoo. I will ask them to see if they have some recommendations.

Bob,
It looks like you forgot to press "save" when you made those changes, I still see that same start date.
But if you were at a different QTH before that date, i.e. a different state or grid, we should create a new attached account for that old QTH anyway. I can help you with this if you like.
Wish I could help with the upload problems, but I know nothing about that program. I see the upload attempts at this end, but it always says there were zero records in the upload you attempted.

Robert, What is your status with ACLog? Version 3.4 only allows you to upload one QSO at a time to eQSL. Have you tried to upgrade to the latest version (4.5)? It will allow you to upload more than one QSO at a time. You don't have to delete V3.4 before you install V4.5, then you can export your 3.4 log as an ADIF and import that into V4.5 73 and good luck!

David, I saw the same thing when I went back to check the account. Pushed save the second time.
Andy, I downloaded and installed the most recent version of ACLog. Same problem 0 uploads but could download. I installed the most recent version of the program on a second computer, still unable to upload

Bob, things are looking slightly different now when I check your account.
Before it was showing the uploads had zero records in them. Now (looking at the uploads you attempted yesterday) some of the uploads are working, maybe 50%. The ones that fail are failing because of a problem with the log entry itself.
Does that program allow you to export your log as an ADIF file? If you can do that, could you email it to me as an attachment so I could have a look at it? You can use the email address I have on qrz.com.
