Only horizontal card shapes are supported. You can upload a vertical card, but the QSO details will be on the horizontal portion.

By the help page do you mean the FAQ page, http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/faq.cfm?

I have never heard of anyone having a problem loading it, I am using Chrome here. What happens when you try and load it?

Tanks fer Qsl explaining, I will change my items: my actual Qsl show an 1930 pub poster of my hometown drawn in Lyberty style, its design is strictly vertical but I have no problem if qso data is horizontal. Do you mean that qsl is show vertical and qso data horizontal?

About second question, yes I mean FAQ page, maybe I'm not able to use it in the right way, so when I click on an item in FAQ page my browser open a blank page; in this moment I'm using another computer just to test, in fact the sistem works well..problem is in my desktop computer; mny tanks again Dave for your help 'n' your time.

Sorry, I didn't explain that very well. No, the graphic will display horizontal.

To display items from the FAQ page, and many other pages on the site, you need to have popup windows enabled in your browser, sounds like that might be the problem?

Ciao Dave, really tanks, about qsl it's all clear now, I choice another design;

About my browser and FAQ seeing I think you're right, I have enabled popup for eqsl site in Chrome setup: nothing change! But I discover that in "Look in our old original FAQ" page the browser works well also with "no popup" maybe due to different structure of the page itself; this is really good for me to learn. In next days I take time to "work on sides" my browsers.
Tanks again and sorry for making you lose your time for me, I tell you by my results solving this problem.
