I kind of stumbled on eQSL, joined and uploaded a log BEFORE I upgraded my membership to Silver, designed a more attractive and informative QSL card and obtained AG status.
Can/should I resend those 20 some eQSLs to show I'm now AG?

I'm going to suggest another Ham or two I know join.
What is the best sequence of steps?
In what order?
One of my fellow club members, an active DXer, has 582 cards waiting for him. I'm sure he will qualify for several eQSL awards and CQ Magazine awards. I expect several other members have that many and more waiting.
If you can provide me a concise series of step by step directions for the most efficient start on eQSL I'll include them in a short article and put it on our club website. I'd expect you to pick up a dozen or so new members in short order, several dozen if the entire club joins. 73

No need to resend QSOs, they will be rejected as DUPS anyway if you do that.

As soon as you get AG all of the previous eQSLs you sent will be authenticated, and they will also show the new eQSL design.

I would suggest doing it just like you did, register an account and get to know the system a little, get AG, doesn't cost anything and means the eQSLs you send will be valid for awards, and if you decide you like it then upgrade the membership so you can upload your own card, participate in the awards program etc.
