I make a QSO with VE5CON on Feb.23.2014. I don't know if the QSO is not AG or if that is required.
Had one the other day that stated he apparently dropped his membership.

Wayne,
In order for you to get a QSO confirmed, the other ham needs to upload his matching log. If the other ham is not AG, his/her confirmation will not be valid for eAwards. VE5CON is not AG.
