I am getting the above window for my contacts made (Mainly JT65). So every time I have enter the time on Reciprocal eQSL window. What can be reason, I tried time sync. and still appears. How to sync the contacts to avoid a second time entry ??

You should never have to do that, assuming you are uploading your QSOs via ADIF or a logging program. Can you contact us using the "Help!" link at the top of the page and give an example?
