I paid for a gold membership when my call sign was KE7WRJ, I then changed to W7WRJ and everything still worked fine as far as awards and all. I then moved to Korea and am now operating has HL1ZAI, and it says that I need a higher level membership to see my awards status. Any help would be great.

I have synced your new account with your old account, it is at the Gold level now.
