What is the average turn around time from ordering printed eQSL's and them getting printed and sent? Ordered on 17MAR14 and no cards...

Thanks,
Mark

Pretty slow at the moment.

Dave, N5UP, had a third party company doing all the printing and mailing, but had nothing but problems with them, so until he finds another company to do it, he is doing all the printing and mailing himself, and of course he has lots of other things he needs to do too.

The last cards that were printed were ordered on March 9th, so yours should go out the next time a print job is run.

Gary,
Is there any reason why your name appears as 2358? When did you order your cards to be printed? It could be a mailing label issue because of your name. Maybe you should go into your profile and correct that first.

KI6IJI, I just checked the database, you only ordered the cards on 22-Apr-14. It (currently) takes more than a month to get cards printed and mailed, more like six weeks.

I see Dave, N5UP, did a big print job yesterday but still more than a month behind, yesterday he printed cards that were ordered up to March 13th.

Hi David,
I ordered and paid for a couple of cards back at the beginning of the year, but they have not arrived as yet? is there any reason for this.

best regards Gary

Hi Gary,

They show as being printed and mailed out ages ago, looks like they got lost in the mail.

I have given you a credit for those two cards.
