hello

You make that change in the "My Profile" page, http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/editProfile.cfm.
Just be sure you press the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen once you have made the change. 73, Dave - VA3KAB |

You are looking in the wrong place.
You need to change it right at the top in the "Login Information" section. The data in the "Printed on eQSLs" section is taken from the Login Information section, so change it there and it changes it in both places (in the case of the name that is) VA3KAB Dave Bell |

Yes.

Log right out of the system and then back in again, that should fix it.
