I have two accounts , a primary PDAET and a second DO/PD1AET.

But, muy credit for awards of both account are not combined att all.

My email is the same, but awarded country's are still seperate.....

How comes and what to do??????

It depends on the award. For QTH based awards, such as eDX100, the two attached accounts must be in the same country for credits to combine, See eDX100 rules #19:

"19. All stations must have been contacted by the applicant from the same eDX100 country. "
