I recently did my usual upload via HRD for my standard VK4FR callsign.

I'm now getting error messages declining my eQSL 'as I was in QSO with 4W6FR'

When I check my VK4FR log there is no QSOs for the period I was operating 4W6FR in East Timor.

What has happened that has made 4W6FR pick up VK4FR and how do I uncover the extent of this problem? Has it sent out 4W6FR QSOs to all my VK4FR contacts?

A quick looks shows that your operated as 4W6FR form mid 2009 to mid 2010.

When I check VK4FR I see contacts there with QSO dates that cover the 4W6FR operation, dates from April 2009 to 2010.

So, I think you have uploaded the QSOs that belonged to 4W6FR into your VK4FR account.

If this is the case you will need to delete them, best way is to do a bulk delete. Log into VK4FR and go to your outbox. Bring up the filters dialogue by clicking on any of the links on the right side of the page, doesn't matter which. Once the filters dialogue is up you will see a link at the bottom "Delete a Group of Log Entries".

Click on that link. You will be asked to specify a date range of the contacts you need to delete.

When I went into 'VK4FR' yesterday the dates I was in Timor weren't showing up? Today I have '4W6FR' contacts from Jul 09-Oct 09?

Not all the 4W6FR contacts are there, I'm missing contacts from each end......

Not sure what I've done and I'm working away from home on my laptop at the moment so I don't have access to my 'Main' PC where my 4W6FR log is.

I have bulk deleted between all the dates on the eQSL 4W6FR log and will manually check my log when I get back to my 'Main' PC. There are '59 entries were not deleted because they were confirmed'
So I'm stumped how they got confirmed or whether I've further compounded the problem by deleting legitimate QSOs!

Chris,

It was the VK4FR account I was talking about, not the 4W6FR account. From your description in your first post, it sounded like you had uploaded logs that belonged to your 4W6FR account to your VK4FR account. That would result in the reject messages "was in QSO with 4W6FR".

I am still seeing entries in VK4FR with QSO dates back to 05-Apr-2009.
