I finally noticed that the # of countries worked that we get via email isn't the same as what the website reports for either DX award.
I guess that may be due to AG and/or QSL status?

At a minimum the EMail should say both numbers if the reporting number is the total from the log entries instead of credited QSOs and perhaps the email should go out when either # increases.

For example I just got 75 countries on the web site but the email I got says:
Congratulations Michael
Just reached 84 countries worked!

I see you actively use hrdlog.net. You're getting hrdlog.net confused with eqsl, they (hrdlog) send out an email if you LOG a new dxcc entity in the hrdlog system... nothing to do with receiving eqsl or eqsl system at all, they are totally different sites.

On eqsl your official total for awards are likely to be less than your overall total for the reason you mention, AG count, non AG don't. I'm at 216 entities with an eqsl, but 3 of those were not AG (Lesotho, Liberia, Somalia if anyone's interested) so eqsl award total is 213.

Duh....this seems all integrated so well it seems like one system at times even though there are at least 7 different software packages involved (2 of which I wrote).
Sorry to bug you.
Thanks for creating eqsl.cc
