I am using AC Log and my QSO's upload fine to eQSL from my log.

However, when I try to download confirmed, I get an error. I believe this problem started when I had to create a new address since I moved.

Here is the error:

Error: Multiple users with same Username/Password

If you change the passwords so they uniquely identify each callsign, or add a QTHNickname parameter, this will not be a problem.

Unable to find the 'Your ADIF log file has been built' tag. Please be sure your user name and password are correct, that you have entered a date old enough to include at least one eQSL inbox record and try again.

Any ideas???

Burke,

Because you now have two accounts for the same callsign, you need to tell eQSL which account you are trying to download the contacts from.

You do that by using the nickname parameter. Go to the place in ACLog where you configure your eQSL login details, you should find a place where you can specify nickname (I assume ACLog supports the use of nicknames. )

Put in the nickname of the account you want to download from, your new account has the Nickname "Reflection Ridge".
