I can't positioning texts on my QSL. I tried follow the instructions, but I canĀ“t move the text to the left or to the right.

I see you are using the style 4 card. With style 4, after clicking on the "Step 2 - eQSL Designer Tool" link, for each item do the following:
1) On the left side of the page select the item you wish to work on, your callsign for example 2) After you have selected an item to work on, the top of the right side of the page will show you the current settings for Alignment, Font, Size, and color 3) On the right side of the page go though each item and select what you want, if the alignment is left for example and you want it to be right, select right, if you want it to remain left, select left. You need to go through each item on the right side, even if you want it to stay the same, you need to tell the designer tool that. 4) After you are done, press the Position Item button.
