I am unable to upload my ADIF log files from DX Keeper logging program with out all the files being rejected due to errors. I am not to sure the reason but once the upload is complete all my log files are rejected due to errors, the date shows up in red. I have tried several times with no success As mentioned I am uploading from DX Keeper logging program, part of the DX Lab group of soft ware programs I would greatly appreciate some assistance here

The date shows up in red when the QSO date of the contact does not fall within the callsign/QTH effective date range set in the profile page.
In your case you had your start date set to be 05/01/2014 and your end date set to be 12/31/1900, clearly not valid!
I changed that end date to be 12/31/2025, you will be able to upload now.
