Hello,

I have an QSO with BONAIRE/CURACAO NETH. ANTILLE (PJ2MI) in 2002 which was a valid county at that time.
Isn't that one a valid entry for the DXCC award any more?

Yes, but he hasn't sent you an eQSL to confirm that contact.

I see one from YO2LOJ to PJ2MI, but non from PJ2MI to YO2LOJ.

That's probably happened.
I just assumed wrongly that that the gray color implied an QSL from his side.
