I upgraded to Bronze by making a donation and the options 3 and 4 are not available for designing my own card. Do I need to do something else?

After you make the donation you need to log out and then back in again.
Membership level is stored in a cookie, which gets refreshed at login time. Your account looks good at this end. 73, Dave - VA3KAB |
