Old call sign: K1PMA
New call sign: N1SQ I believe I have properly linked the two accounts but NO qsl cards show up when I log with my new call sign...something is definitely wrong. Could a admin kindly take a look and see what might be the problem? I just ended the date range for the old call sign to 6/2014 and the QSO after that date now appear with the new call sign, BUT there are no entries (all greyed out) oat all f i click on awards with the new call sign?!

Ok,
You also sent an email via the support system about this, which I answered this morning. I will post the reply here too, might help someone else in the future. After you link in that new account, you need to sync all the credits from the old account with the new account. To do that, log into your new accounts and go to the "My Awards" page. Click on the "Standings" link beside each award, and click on the "Update MyAwards Page" button at the top of each standings page. 73, Dave - VA3KAB |
