I HAVE A NEW CALL SIGN AND NOW I CAN'T CONFIRM ANY OF MY EQSL CONTACTS WITH EITHER THE OLD CALL OR THE NEW CALL ... IM SUPPOSE TO BE A GOLD PD MEMBER ... WHAT DO I DO TO GET MY EQSL'S CONFIRMED AND SAVED.

Without more detail it is hard to help. One possible problem is that you have javascript disabled in your browser. Can you try a different browser, such as google chrome, and see if you can archive your contacts?
