Hi there, I've worked JT1BV 3 times now, and I see he's listed as a recommended contact for zone 23, but I've not been credited with that zone in the worked all zones award.

It takes more than you sending him an eQSL card. He also needs to send you one back to confirm the contact. I see three from you to him, but none from him to you conforming the contact.
