Unless I'm missing something, I don't see a way to upload my own QSL card to eQSL and have the eQSL program fill out QSL information I provide from a contact. Any suggestions?

Is it a scan of your own QSL card you want to upload, i.e. it has your callsign and QTH information as part of the graphic?
If that is the case you should chose the style 3 card from the qsl design tool, style 3 assumes callsign and QTH info is already on the graphic and just adds in the QSO details.
