I tried to create a account for a portable QTH for this weekend and and I thought I entered AG4PO/P. But it was listed as AG4PO?P. I must have typed it with the shift key on and I can't edit it now.

How can I change it and should it be with or without the /P?

We can't change it because callsign is a primary database key.

Log into that AG4PO?P account and unsubscribe it, unsubscribe button is at the bottom of the My Profile page.

Then, log back into your main account. Detach the AG4PO?P from your main account via the My Accounts screen. Then, also using the My Accounts screen create a new account for AG4PO/P.

Make sure that during your portable operations you sign your QSOs as AG4PO/P so that the incoming eQSLs will be addressed to the correct account, and make sure you are logged into that AG4PO/P account when you upload the logs for the portable operation.
