re outbox

when I enter qsl information in the appropriate boxes, how do I send it? nothing seems to happen to signify a delivery.

Hi, are you asking about the manual log entry screen, http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/enterLog.cfm ?

After you have filled in the QSO details you need to press the Save button. That will send the eQSL to the recipient and you will see that eQSL also in your outbox.

I was looking at your profile, when were you first licensed as WB2JAF?

In the "My Profile" page, http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/editProfile.cfm , you should set the Callsign/QTH start date to be the date you were first licenced, not the date you joined eQSL. It looks like you have a few eQSLs waiting for you, you will be able to see them once you fix that start date.
