I've been manually archiving and replying to eqsls for quite a while now and would like to start using the HRD eqsl upload. Do I need to do anything to keep from making duplicates or will it automatically figure it out? I'm also using the old free version of HRD V5.24.0.36, is that an issue?

The last free version of HRD is what I use here also, it is a fine piece of software.

With HRD you can configure it to auto-upload to eQSL as soon as you add the entry to the logbook. Shouldn't be a problem with duplicates, because it will be just uploading the new entries.

You can also manually upload the contacts with HRD, highlight the QSOs you want to upload and then select the upload to eQSL function. Again shouldn't be a problem so long as you just select only the new contacts to upload.

Well, I've got a couple years of written log entries that I've been adding to the HRD logbook and I've only been sending eqsls to contacts I receive eqsls from. I see the background uploader is good at rejecting dupes. I'll try that although I've got less than 500 contacts total in HRD logbook so far. It would be a real pain to go through and select out the ones I've already sent eqsl to.
