Hello to everyone,
maybe there is an explanation for this curious phenomenon ?

I sent this eqsl:
FG4NO 22Nov2014 15:25 10m SSB 5928
the eqsl doesn't appear in the inbox of FG4NO.

I deleted the eqsl. I resent the eqsl with same data.
The eqsl either did not appear in the inbox.

In my outbox the eqsl has a white background.
The eqsl is not in my archive.

Any solution, or explanation for that ?
Thanks in advance for any help.

What makes you think it is not in his inbox?? I checked his account, that eQSL is indeed sitting in his inbox.

Dear Dave,
Thanks very much for your quick answer.

For example, I'm not logged in,
Down below, on the left, you can enter
A callsign and then by pressing the
Button for waiting eqsls normally I
See my eqsl sent. But in this case not.

Ok, I understand, you are talking about using the callsign search function and then pressing the "eQSLs to" button.

It seems that particular function doesn't work properly when the user has multiple accounts. In this case he has three accounts for that callsign with different date ranges. What I suspect is happening is that tool pulls up the eQSLs waiting from the first account with that callsign it finds in the database, so it is not showing you one you sent him.

All I can tell you is I can see that eQSL you sent him at this end, I have a function I can use check those sort of things in a users account. It is sitting in his inbox, and the next time he logs in he will see it too. Last time he logged in was October 9th.

Dear David,
please may I ask again for your kind help ?

The same qso has now completely disappeared:
FG4NO 22Nov2014 15:25 10m SSB 5928 AG

It is not in the inbox of FG4NO, he has no new eqsls waiting,
nor in my inbox, nor in my archive, nor is it rejected.

After that, I have deleted the eqsl and resent it to FG4NO.
It still doesn't appear in the inbox of him.

I am in his online logbook (you must scroll down a little bit):
http://fg4no.net/index.php?PageNumero=0&langue=fr&contenu=logbook.php&FC=dl3sde&FB=&FM=&FD=&FQ=&LOGTOUS=1

Could you please help?

Wolf, you don't need to keep deleting that eQSL from your outbox and then putting it back in.

As soon as you upload a contact it goes to both your outbox and his inbox. It is certainly there, it is there now and it was there before. You will not see anything in your own inbox until he confirms the QSO.

That search tool you are using only works if a user has one account, he has three for that callsign, three different date ranges (he operated from different grids). The search tool only displays the eqsls waiting from the first account it finds, which is an old account.

The one you sent is in the inbox of his current account. He actually has 271 eQSLs sitting in the inbox of that account with QSO dates starting in January 2014 going up to the present.

He doesn't upload his logs in real time, when I check his account it looks like he does a bulk upload every few months. Last time was back in October. So, you may need to wait a while for him to confirm your contact.
