I switch back and forth between my crash pad in Ohio where I work during the week and my home on the weekend in NY. How do I go about going back and forth between the two on a continual basis?

In your case the best way is to setup a portable account for one of the QTHs. Ohio for example, you could create an account KD2EPO/P, or KD2EPO/8.

Be sure to sign your QSOs with the portable callsign and upload the contacts made in Ohio to the Ohio account. Use the My Accounts screen to create the portable account so it will be attached and share the same membership level.
