One of the states that 10m eWAS says I am missing is North Dakota. However, I show I have worked KI0QS in ND on 10m if I look in the outbox and my archive. How would I go about getting that counted on my eWAS for 10m?

It depends on the QSO date. KI0QS was in ND until July 31, 2014, he now lives in TX. If your QSO was after that date, you will see credit for TX, not ND.
