The best way is to contact support using the "Help!" link at the top of this page, and we can check the status of the print queue.
I just did that, the cards you ordered (on Oct 31) have not been printed yet. The queue is currently backed up all the way to Oct 17th.

What I have a problem with is printing my own cards. I have a Laser Postcards PN:5389 made by Avery. It is a pain to get the image from eQSL to line up with the 2 card template from Avery. Would be helpful if we could download the qsl image file that can be pasted on 2 card template and fit without having to edit the image. My cards I have struggled with to print have come out very nice.
